1. Owner direct
We only operate apartments which we ourselves own or for which the property owner has trusted us with their management. We are not an agency that “forwards” the customers to apartments that they never visited. This means you avoid paying commissions or hidden fees to intermediaries. A transparent service, with the best rates guaranteed.
2. Personal Service
We offer a personal “touch” and genuine contact from your first contact with us until you leave the apartment. Upon your arrival you don’t have to pick up the keys of the apartment in some office in Barcelona, we will meet in the apartment to welcome you personally. On the check out, we will be there to assure that you enjoyed your stay and that you felt at home.
3. Live the city like a native
In our apartments everything is self catering and provided to make you feel at home. The apartments are located in residential buildings among true Barcelonian neighbours.
