BarnaSants, socialy engaged festival dedicated to the “Canço d´autor” – singer songwriting, will gather songwriters from around Spain and the world for the 17th time this year in Barcelona. It starts on the 26th and it will last until 7th of April. There will be almost one hundred concerts in different spaces in Barcelona like Luz de Gas, L´Auditori, Apolo, Harlem Jazz Club, but also in Barcelona´s surroundings – L´Hospitalet, Sant Boi, Sant Joan Despi, Cornella…
The programme of BarnaSants Festival 2012 includes artists as Maria del Mar Bonet, Rossana Tadei, Burruezo& Bohemia Camerata, Ariel Rot, Gerardo Alfonso, Habana con Kola, Kareyce Fosto, Xavier Ribalta and many, many more!
This year´s BarnaSants is organized in the memory of singer-songwriters Enric Barbat, Facundo Cabral, Eddy Collins, Joan Garcia Tristany, Jordi Fornas, Trinidad Gallego, Alfred Lucchetti, Carles Navales, Josep Pernau i Josep Termes.
